The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition, to call for the records of the third respondent vide letter dated 02.11.2007 in the impugned proceedings No.U/G/50/207/Oct/2007 and to quash the same and direct the respondents to take an appropriate action on the complaint made by the petitioner on 02.10.2007.

2. On an earlier occasion on 19.06.2018, since there was no representation for the petitioner, this matter was listed on 27.06.2018 and this Court was inclined to give one more opportunity to lead the case of the petitioner with a direction to the Registry to list the matter under the caption ' for dismissal' on 28.06.2018 (today).

3. Even today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, despite the matter being listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. This shows that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case. Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
