This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to act upon the online application submitted by the petitioner on 13.02.2025 wherein the petitioner has sought for issuance of patta in her name with respect to the subject property.

2. Heard Ms.V.Kalaivani, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents.

3. The petitioner is relying upon the sale deeds dated 23.01.1996 and 12.05.1999. The petitioner submitted the online application seeking for issuance of patta. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to act upon the online application submitted by 2/4

the petitioner on 13.02.2025 and pass necessary orders within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
