(CR.NO.134 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for the period of fifteen days to comply the conditions imposed by this Hon'ble Court in order dated 31.01.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.799 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.18060 of 2021 on the file of this Hon'ble Court and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.RAJPRABHU, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt.Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 31.01.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.799 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.18060 of 2021 to execute sureties.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and taking note of the fact that this Court already extended time to the petitioner on 31.01.2022 in Crl.M.P.No. 799 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No. 18060 of 2021 to execute sureties. Even then, the petitioner did not comply with the condition imposed by this Court.
