This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 06.07.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It appears that the petitioner has sent the complaint by post. Therefore, petitioner directed to appear in person before the concerned jurisdictional respondent, along with copy of the complaint, dated 06.07.2015 and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
