This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P No.3909 of 2020 in Crl.O.P No.7210 of 2020 dated 06.05.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P No.3909 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.7210 of 2020 on 06.05.2020, regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the condition till date.

4. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P No.3909 of 2020 in Crl.O.P No.7210 of 2020 on 06.05.2020 is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.
