This petition is filed praying to order Substituted Service to the respondents 2 to 5 by effecting a paper publication in one issue of Makkal Kural, L.K.R and C.N.B.

2. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this petition is ordered. The petitioner is directed to take paper publication in one issue of "Makkal Kural", by mentioning the hearing date as 09.10.2023. The publication shall be effected on or before 25.09.2023.
