The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to consider petitioner's candidature for the stamp vendors at the vacancy place of Sub Registrar Office, Sholingur without insisting solvency certificate.

2. Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondent. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

4. Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner did not submit the Solvency Certificate along with the application and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

therefore, he was not called for the interview for the post of Stamp Vendors. He further represents that all the procedures are over and all the vacancies are filled up and there is no point in considering the candidature of the petitioner, as it would only be a futile exercise.

5. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
