Crl.M.P.No.5385 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.No.4193 of 2019 G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN,J., This petition has been filed seeking to extension of time for the petitioners to surrender, passed in Crl.O.P.No.4193 of 2019 on 15.02.2019. 2.This Court by an order dated 15.02.2019, has given direction to the Principal District Sessions Judge, Thiruvannamalai to consider the petitioners bail application, preferably on the same day of their surrender in connection with Crime No.78 of 2019 and also directed the petitioners to surrender before the concerned jurisdictional Court within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that due to their personal reasons and also that the petitioners could not mobilize fund to produce sureties, they could not surrender before the Court within the specified time. The act of the petitioners is neither wilful nor wanton and hence he seeks to extend further time to surrender. http://www.judis.nic.in

G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN,J., rm 4.In view of the above submission, the petitioners are directed to surrender before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court on or before 30.04.2019, on payment of Rs.1000/- each as costs to the Chief Justice Relief Fund, payable at the Accounts Section, High Court, Madras and produce the receipt at the time of furnishing sureties.
