The petitioner has filed this petition to quash the C.C.No.6 of 2020 on the file of the Special Court for TNPID Act Offences Chennai, having been taken cognizance for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 120B, 468, 471, 409 r/w 109 IPC and Section 5 of the TNPID Act.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been convicted in C.C.No.6 of 2020 by the Special Court for TNPID Act Offences Chennai, and nothing survives in this petition.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
