This petition is filed seeking to order publication in an issue of Maalai Malar having circulation in Vaniyambadi for effecting notice on the first respondent in the above appeal.

2. In view of the above, this petition is ordered, accordingly and the learned counsel for the appellant is permitted to effect paper publication for R-1 in any one issue of "Maalai Malar" in the Vaniyambadi Circulation mentioning the date of hearing as 18.07.2023.
