ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to issue transfer of patta in the name of the petitioners in respect of the representations dated 22.02.2024 and 30.11.2023 respectively for Gramanatham vacant site in New Survey No.333/13 measuring to an extent of 9343 sq.ft.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioners submitted representations on 22.02.2024 and 30.11.2023 with a request to issue transfer of patta, which is pending without consideration.

4. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.02.2024 and 30.11.2023 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation for issuance of patta in respect of Gramanatham vacant site in New Survey No.333/13 measuring to an extent of 9343 sq.ft., on merits and in 2/4

accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
