This petition has been filed seeking to set aside the order dated 16.07.2018 dismissing the Civil Revision Petition.

2. Earlier, this court by an order dated 20.09.2022 condoned the delay of 1355 days in filing the petition to restore the C.R.P. in C.M.P.No. 10808 of 2022 on hearing both sides.

3. Mr.G.Pugazhenthi, learned counsel for revision petitioner submitted that the petitioner denied the execution of alleged Will deed 16.02.1986 and hence, he has to prove the same by sending the Will for expert opinion. Furthermore, the petitioner has disputed not only the thumb impression, but also his father's signature in the Will in question. Hence, he has filed the above petition to restore the above C.R.P.

4. Mr.D.Selvaraju, learned counsel for respondents 5 and 6 appeared and submitted that he has no objection for allowing this petition. 1/3

5. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition seeking to restore the Civil Revision Petition, this Court is inclined to allow this petition and to restore the C.R.P

6. Post the C.R.P. on 16.11.2022.
