This petition is filed to condone the delay of 1968 days in filing the above Appeal. 2.Mr.Mukund R.Pandian, learned counsel takes notice for the 1st respondent and Mr.T.Ravichandran, learned counsel takes notice for the 2nd respondent.

3.Considering the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the delay of 1968 days is condoned on payment of a cost of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only) to Mr.K.Prasanna, learned counsel who is appearing for the 1st respondent, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which this petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court.

4.Registry is directed to number the appeal if it is otherwise in order and post the matter for admission on 26.04.2019.
