This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.68 of 2024, dated 29.07.2024, registered for the offences under Sections 419, 465, 467, 468, 420 and 120B of IPC, on the file of the first respondent police.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent Police submitted that the investigation in this case has already been completed, the final report has also been filed and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.135 of 2025, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ponneri.
