For Respondent : Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan Additional Public Prosecutor COMMON ORDER When this Court has expressed its view and about to dismiss all the petitions, in view of the fact that the petitioner, who is also an accused in one of the petitions, and not an authorised person to represent the case and also considering the direction rendered by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the same matter in Miscellaneous Application Diary No.30938 of 2021 in R.Subramanian V. The Deputy Supdt. Of Police & Ors. vide order dated 11.03.2022 to conclude the trial, Mr.R.Subramanian, appearing for the petitioners, who is also arrayed as one of the accused seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these petitions and he has also undertook before this Court that he will not file any similar petitions u/s.205 of Cr.P.C. to dispense with the appearance of any of the accused before the trial Court. This Court is inclined to allow Mr.R.Subramanian to withdraw all these petitions.

3. On recording the said undertaking and also in view of the Page No.2 of 4

endorsement made by Mr.R.Subramanian, these Criminal Original Petitions stand dismissed as withdrawn. The trial Court shall proceed with the trial as per the direction of the Hon'ble Apex Court.
