Prayer in Crl.O.P.No.7845 of 2020 : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to enlarge the petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest by the respondent Police pending proceedings in Crime No.643 of 2020 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Coimbatore City Police Station, Variety Hall Road, Coimbatore - 641 001. Side) COMMON ORDER Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the Crime No.643 of 2020 on the file of the respondent Police was transferred to Central Crime Branch, Chennai and was assigned with Crime No.139 of 2024 and was taken up for investigation and it was found that no cognizable offence is made out. Hence, R.C.S report was filed on 30.07.2024 before Principal Sessions Court, Chennai.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) further states that the de-facto complainant has been served with R.C.S notice on 26.07.2024.
3. If, the de-facto complainant is anyway aggrieved, he shall workout his remedy in the manner known to law challenging the R.C.S notice.
