ORDER

This contempt petition is filed to punish the respondents for the willful disobedience of the orders of this Court passed in W.P.No.30663 of 2022 dated 21.12.2022.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the Waqf Board submitted that the election process is over and seven Muthawallis/Trustees have been selected to the Waqf and the matter has been placed before the Board for its consideration and order. 3.In view of the above development, no further orders are required to be passed in this contempt petition.
