ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition seeking to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the first respondent vide Na.Ka No.4739/A4/2014 dated 05.10.2015 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the first respondent to grant recognition to the petitioner school viz., Bharathiyar Nursery and Primary School at No.3/659, East First Street, Sathya Colony, Mannarai Post, Tirupur - 7, considering the representation referred by the petitioner-school. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, Government Order in G.O (Ms.)No.73 (School Education) Department dated 22.04.2017 came to be passed granting recognition to the petitioner till 31.05.2018.

Under such circumstances, no further order need be passed in the present writ petition and the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
