[Order of the Court by C.T.SELVAM, J.] This petition has been filed by petitioner/wife of the life convict (C.P.No.14988) Babu, son of Kesavan, who is now confined at Central Prison, Coimbatore, seeking a direction to respondents to grant 10 days Special leave for her husband.
2. This Court, by an order dated 25.09.2018, has granted 10 days Special Leave to the detenu i.e., from 03.10.2018 to 12.10.2018 towards attending the Baptism function of their daughter and directed the Registry to list the matter on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
22.10.2018 for "Reporting Compliance".
