Respondents PRAYER: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act 1971, to punish the respondents for committing willful disobedience of the order dated 07.06.2010 passed by this Court in M.P.No.1 of 2009 in W.P.No.3788 of 2009.

O R D E R

The learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 has submitted that injunction order passed by this Court was complied with and the petitioner was permitted to have the bunk without any interference. According to him, the third respondent could have removed the bunk. 2.A letter dated 10.08.2015 of the second respondent to the aforesaid effect is produced before this Court.

3.The learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 has further submitted that the bunk was not intentionally removed and the petitioner could put up the bunk in the earlier place till the disposal of the writ petition. 4.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the contempt petition may be closed.

5.Accordingly, recording the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 that the petitioner is permitted to put up the bunk to the same extent which he occupied earlier as averred in the writ

petition till the disposal of the writ petition, the contempt petition is closed.
