COMMON O R D E R Crl.OP.No.7842 of 2020 is filed to quash the FIR in Cr.No.1415 of 2020 and Crl.OP.No.7843 of 2020 is filed seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Cr.No.1415 of 2020 respectively.

2. The petitioner T.R.Baalu, being aggrieved by the registration of complaint by Thudialur Police, Coimbatore is before this Court stating that the entire reading of the complaint clearly show that he has not uttered any word to insult any member of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe and overt act only against Dayanidhi Maran who has met the Press and made certain statements. For mere presence along with Dayanidhi Maran, he has been arrayed as one of the accused.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that investigation in Cr.No.1415 of 2020 had already been completed and closed. Referred charge sheet dated 04.06.2022 filed before the Principal Sessions Court, Coimbatore on 14.06.2022. Copy of same served to the defacto complainant on 09.06.2022.

In the light of the above fact, both the criminal original petitions are disposed of with liberty to the defacto complainant to take redressal in the manner known to law challenging the RCS notice, if he so advised. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 18.07.2024 Vv To
