This application has been filed consequent to the unfortunate demise of the second respondent on 24.10.2023, to bring on record his Legal representatives as third, fourth and fifth respondents. There can be no doubt about either the death of the second respondent or about the names of the legal representatives. In view of fact that A.No.1911 of 2024 is allowed.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner to carry out the necessary amendment reflecting the death of the second respondent and bringing on record his legal representatives. The learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to file the copy of the amended petition.
