PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents for Cancellation of forged Power of Attorney dated 10.10.2014 vide registered as Document No.3076 of 2014 before the 3rd respondent and based on the representation dated 14.07.2018.

By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the second and third respondents for Cancellation of forged Power of Attorney dated 10.10.2014, registered as Document No.3076 of 2014 before the 3rd respondent based on the representation dated 14.07.2018.

3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, though the prayer sought for in the writ petition is large in nature, he confines his prayer only for consideration of the representation dated 14.07.2018, by the concerned authority, on merits.

4. Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader taking notice for the respondents, submitted that the second respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.07.2018 and pass orders in accordance with law.

5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.07.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
