This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3222 of 2023 on 14.02.2023 to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for the period of two months and thereafter as and when require.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioner is regularly appearing before the Investigating Officer as per the bail condition, for the past 45 days and the petitioner is being the construction worker, the bail condition shall modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., till the completion of investigating and filing of final report.
