By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner claims to be the owner of the property bearing Survey No.187/1A, Town Survey No.6/1, Block No.6, Ward No.8, admeasuring to an extent of 19,656 square feet, situated at Sanjai Gandhi Nagar, Zamin Pallavaram Village, Tambaram Taluk, Kancheepuram District, by virtue of a registered settlement deed dated 25.1.2008, bearing Document No.256/2008, registered on the file of the SubRegistrar, Pallavaram, and further claims that she is in possession and enjoyment of the same right from the date of the settlement deed. 3.The grievance expressed by the petitioner, is that without any authorisation or acquisition, the respondent-Municipality has put up a notice board in the said property, claiming that the said property belongs to them and aggrieved by the same, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 4.5.2015, and since she has not been favoured with any response, came forward to file this writ petition.

4.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mr.V.Subbiah, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepted notice for the respondent.

5.This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner, and without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner, directs the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 4.5.2015, in accordance with law, after putting on notice, the concerned persons, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as to the persons concerned.
