Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the order dated 24-04-2015 made in I.A.No.657 of 2015 in O.S.No.231 of 2013 on the file of Principal District Munsif Court, Pondicherry.

ORDER

Material on record discloses that in the orders dated 22-02-2013 and 25-03-2013 in C.R.P.No.818 of 2013 and M.P.No.1 of 2013, this Court has made it clear that the respondents will be at liberty to conduct either General Body Meeting/Executive Meeting of the Circle Sportif Pondicherien Club, but, the subject relating to the impugned show cause notice shall not be included in the Agenda until the disposal of I.A.No.266 of 2013.

It is the grievance of the petitioner that, though this Court has directed that subject relating to the show cause notice shall not be included in the Agenda, issued an order of termination. The petitioner has further contended that the said action, is also violative of the orders made in I.A.No.266 of 2013. Challenge in this Civil Revision Petition is to the order dated 24-04-2015 made in I.A.No.657 of 2015 in O.S.No.231 of 2013 dismissing the petition filed for a prayer to stay the election of the Office bearers for the Circle Sportif Pondicherien Club, pending disposal of I.A.No.93 of 2014.

Perusal of the order, dated 24-04-2015 shows that the court-below has considered the merits of the rival contentions and declined to grant stay, on the ground that once the process of election is started, there cannot be any stay of the same. Though, Mr. K.S. Ilangovan, learned counsel for the petitioner assailed the correctness of the same, reiterating the very same grounds , this Court is not inclined to entertain the Civil Revision Petition. 4.

In the result, the civil revision petition is dismissed. No costs. The connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed. Sd/- Vocation officer //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar
