Mr.AR.L.Sundaresan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the prayer is in respect of the academic year 2016-2017, in para 4(i) of the order dated 27.04.2016, inadvertently it has been wrongly mentioned as 2015-2016 and interim order came to be passed and therefore, prays for amendment of the prayer as well as the order.

2. Heard the submissions of Mr.P.Sanjay Gandhi, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

3. This Court, upon hearing the rival submissions and on going through the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, is of the view that this petition is to be ordered.

4. Hence, this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and as a consequence, para 4(i) of the order dated 27.04.2016 shall be read as follows:

"4...(i)There shall be an order of interim injunction till 1.6.2016 on payment of 50% of the fees for the academic year 2016-2017, for the present.
