This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the Theni Town Police Station on 1st and 15th working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.901 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.30710 of 2022 dated 30.01.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
