The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the respondents to consider his representation dated 24.03.2018, wherein and whereby, he sought for survey of land situated in S.No.358/2010, measuring to an extent of 3 cents and a vacant site to an extent of east - west 11 feet and north - south 82 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

1/2 feet in S.F.No.356/104, in Nadhivedunthangal Village, Arakkonam Taluk, Vellore District.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The greivance of the petitioner before this Court is that the representation dated 24.03.2018 has not been considered by the respondents so far.

4. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the second and third respondents to consider and decide the same on merits and in accordance with law. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, only by directing the second and third respondents to consider the representation dated 24.03.2018 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned. Such exercise shall be done by the second and third respondents within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
