ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the first and second respondents to produce the petitioner's daughter, viz. K. Hemalatha, aged 22 years, missing on 20.05.2018 at 9.00 a.m. from T.M.L. Thirumana Mandapam, Pillyar Koil Street, Saidapet, Chennai - 600 015 before this Court and set her at liberty, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the mother of the detenue. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced the marriage certificate of the detenue issued by the Jamad. In any case, the detenue is not in the illegal custody, being a major.

3. Thus, we do not find any illegal detention involved in this case. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed.
