PRAYER: This Criminal Revision Case has been filed under Section 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C., against the orders of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, in Crl.M.P.No.6297 of 2018 in Criminal Appeal No.113 of 2018, dated 12.04.2018, dismissing the petition for suspension of sentence. O R D E R

This Criminal Revision Case has been filed against the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.6297 of 2018, wherein, by an order dated 12.04.2018, the learned Principal Sessions Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, has dismissed the above said petition, which was filed seeking for suspension of sentence. Hence, the Criminal Revision Case.

2.In this Criminal Revision Case, suspension of sentence was not granted.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for final disposal, a report has been received from the learned XVII Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai, as per the order of this Court, dated 05.08.2021, about the status of C.A.No.113 of 2018. In the report, it is mentioned that the main Criminal Appeal No.113 of 2018 was disposed on 11.04.2019. Hence, there is nothing survives in this Criminal Revision.

4.In view of the above, this Criminal Revision Case stands dismissed as nothing survives. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
