Considering the fact that the Petition has been dismissed on the ground that the revision petitioner has not sought for the comparison of the disputed signature with named documents, the Petitioner seeks leave of this Court to file a fresh Petition and seeks to withdraw the impugned M.P.No.349 of 2018.
