O R D E R
This contempt petition has been preferred seeking to punish the respondents for willfully disobeying the order of this Court dated 08.06.2016 in Crl.O.P.No.10163 of 2016.
2. On 05.07.2019, this Court has passed the following order:
"Today, Mr.K.Asaithambi, Deputy Superintendent of Police, District Crime Branch, Krishnagiri, is present before this Court.
2. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in Kellammangalam P.S.Crime No.201/2012 was completed and final report was filed in P.R.C.No.15 of 2018 before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Krishnagiri. She further submitted that the investigation in Denkanikottai P.S.Crime No.261/2012, Uddhanapalli P.S.Crime Nos.165/2012 & 166 /2012 have also been completed and final reports have been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Krishnagiri on 02.07.2019. However, the court has not given PRC/CC number.
3. Therefore, this contempt petition stands adjourned to 19.07.2019, by which time, the Police shall ensure that there is no defect in the final reports and the same is taken on file by the learned Magistrate and report to this Court.
Post this contempt petition on 19.07.2019."
3. Today, Mr.K.Nagaraj, Grade-I (511), District Crime Branch, Krishnagiri, is present before this Court.
4. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that final reports in Crime Nos.165 & 166 of 2012 were filed before the jurisdictional Magistrate and the cases have also been committed to the Court of Session in S.C.Nos.124 & 125 of 2019.
