ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent/landlord has produced the docket order pertaining to E.P.No.8 of 2011 in R.C.O.P.No.40 of 2008, relating to Execution of decree.

2. A perusal of the notes paper reveals that delivery ordered in favour of the landlord has been executed and that delivery has been recorded and Execution Petition has been terminated.

3. Under such circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication and hence, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 06.04.2016 ogy
