Prayer : Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the respondent for having violated and willful disobeyed the order dated 31.01.2012 of this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.7071 of 2009.

O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner as well as the respondent informed this Court that the petitioner was permitted to join duty and accordingly he is continuing in service. The learned counsel for the respondent states that all the benefits regarding salary and other service benefits will be considered based on the orders of the Labour Court which is pending before the I Additional Labour Court, Chennai.

However, it is made clear that the writ petitioner should work sincerely and put more devotion to duty and was also the respondent to settle the dues to the petitioner as applicable under the rules. With this observations the contempt petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. 11.12.2017 maya Index : Yes/No Speaking /Non-speaking order
