With the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondent to pass orders on the statutory appeal submitted by him dated 3.3.2015 against the order of removal from service.

3.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner, the respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the statutory appeal submitted by the petitioner dated 3.3.2015, within a period of twelve weeks months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
