Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to take penal action under the relevant provision of law in the light of recommendation forwarded by the 3rd respondent in Na. Ka. No. 405/2022 dated 30.11.2022 by disposing of the petitioner's representation dated 01.03.2023 within a time to be stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to take penal action under the relevant provision of law, based on recommendation made by the 3rd respondent in Na. Ka. No. 405/2022 dated 30.11.2022, by disposing of the petitioner's representation dated 01.03.2023 within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Pending writ petition, an FIR has already been registered as against the respondents 4 to 6 in Crime No.189 of 2023 for the offences under Sections 468, 471 and 420 of IPC on the file of the second respondent. Now the investigation is pending.

4. Recording the said submission, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
