ORDER

It is represented that the order passed by this Court, has been complied with vide proceedings of the District Elementary Educational Officer, Kancheepuram, dated 16.2.2016, and the first respondent has also filed an affidavit explaining the reasons for the belated compliance of the order.

2.This Court, on going through the affidavit, is satisfied with the reasons for belated compliance. 3.In the light of compliance of the order, the contempt petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the above said proceedings, they are at liberty to work out their remedy in accordance with law, before the competent forum. No costs.
