ORDER
(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner without any due process of law.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondent police harassed the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that enquiry had been conducted in CSR.No.287 of 2020 in respect of an issue relating to the custody of the minor child. He would further submit that enquiry was conducted by the second respondent and after due enquiry finding that the matter was Civil in nature, the parties were directed to approach the concerned Civil Court, for taking https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
action in accordance with law. He would further submit that during enquiry the petitioner was not harassed by the respondent police.
4.Recording the submissions so made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
