(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to extend the time granted in Crl.M.P.No.5223 of 2020 in Crl.A.No.60 of 2020 dated 04.03.2020 by the learned Principal Session Court, Chennai.

2.This petition seeking for extension of time has been filed straight away before this Court, without approaching the concerned Court which has passed the order.

3.Hence, this petition is dismissed, granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned court.
