ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to modify the conditions imposed on the petitioner i.e. reporting before the respondent Police every day at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. Until further orders as stipulated in the order dated 15.07.2015 passed in Crl.M.P.No.783 of 2015 on the file of the Principal Sessions Court, Tiruppur.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that this petitioner has been granted Anticipatory Bail in Crl.M.P.No.783 of 2015 on 15.07.2015 by the learned Sessions Court, Tiruppur, in Crime No.301 of 2015 for offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 506(i) r/w Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Women Harassment Act.

4. It is submitted that investigation in Crime No.301 of 2015 has been completed and final report has also been filed in C.C.No.175 of 2015 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Avinachi. Since the investigation has been completed and final https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

report has also been filed, condition imposed on the petitioner by the learned Sessions Court, Tiruppur, is relaxed. In view of the above, the criminal original petition is closed.
