ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents to forthwith pay arrears of Rs.1,65,585/- with all attendant benefits with interest at the rate of 12% p.a. with effect from 01.12.2004 by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 20.07.2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 20.07.2022 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
