Today, when this writ petition was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner against the respondents 3 & 4 was taken into consideration and the same was closed upon enquiry, by the second respondent/Disciplinary Committee, by an order in D.C.C.No.426 of 2018 dated 14.03.2019. In support of the same, he has also produced a copy of the said order for perusal of this court.
2.In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
3.Recording the submissions so made by the learned counsel for both sides, this writ petition stands closed, granting such liberty to the petitioner. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
