arrears of pension based on G.O.Ms.No.408 (Finance) Pension Department dated 25.08.2009 in the time bound manner by taking into consideration the 50% of the services rendered by the petitioner prior to 01.10.1984 by considering the representation dated 14.06.2023. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents to forthwith calculate and pay the revised pension and arrears of pension based on G.O.Ms.No.408 (Finance) Pension Department dated 25.08.2009 in the time bound manner by taking into consideration the 50% of the services rendered by the petitioner prior to 01.10.1984 by considering the representation dated 14.06.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.06.2023, in the light of the order passed by this Court

in W.P.No.32378 of 2013 dated 08.07.2014, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
