Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing through video conference, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition for suspension of sentence before the Court below. 2.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, since this petition is filed against the dismissal order of suspension of sentence, this court grants permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file another petition for suspension of sentence before the Lower Court. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty.
