A.No.1782 of 2022 in T.O.S.No.8 of 2014 V.BHAVANI SUBBAROYAN.J, This application has been filed to condone the delay of 1180 days in filing the written statement in T.O.S.No.8 of 2014.

2. Considering the huge delay in filing the written statement in the above T.O.S.No.8 of 2014, this Court is inclined to impose costs on the applicant to condone the said delay.

3. Accordingly, the applicant / defendant is hereby directed to pay costs of Rs.2,500/- to the Advocate Clerks Welfare Association, High Court, Madras, on or before 06.06.2022.

4. Post the matter on 06.06.2022 for reporting compliance.
