ORDER

The order of rejection rejecting the claim of the writ petitioner for compassionate appointment in proceedings dated 26.05.2016 is under challenge in the present writ petition.

2.The father of the writ petitioner was serving as a consolidated pay employee in the 4th respondent Temple and died on 14.05.2015, while he was in 2/4

service. A counter affidavit filed by the 4th respondent reveals that the petitioner was permitted to serve in the place of his father as consolidated pay salary. Therefore, the petitioner cannot seek any further appointment as he was permitted to serve in the place in which his father was working. This being the factum, the petitioner is not entitled for any other relief. If at all the petitioner wants to secure further employment to a higher category or otherwise, he has to participate in the process of selection whenever notified by the competent authorities. 3.With these observations, this writ petition stands disposed of.
