Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS, to call for the entire records relating to the petitioner's son detention under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 vide detention order, dated 17.05.2017 on the file of the 2nd respondent herein made in proceedings made in C.No.33/G/IS/2017 quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents herein to produce the petitioner's son namely A.Syed Ibrahim @ Chitti Babu, aged 29 years, S/o.Abdul Rahim, before this Hon'ble High Court and set the petitioner's son at liberty from detention, now the petitioner's son detained at Central Prison, Coimbatore.

O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to call for the records relating to the detention order passed in C.No.33/G/IS/2017 dated 17.05.2017 by the Detaining Authority against the detenue by name, A.Syed Ibrahim @ Chitti Babu, aged 29 years, S/o.Abdul https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Rahim and quash the same.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted to the effect that the Detention Order in question has already been revoked, by virtue of G.O.Rt.No.3121 dated 24.06.2017 and a copy of the same is submitted, wherein, it is clearly stated that the Detention Order in question has been revoked.

3. Considering the above said factual circumstances, the relief sought in the petition has become infructuous.
