Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for records of the third respondent pertaining to the impugned Final Assessment Order in Notice 10/21-22/549021 dated 22.03.2022 and quash the same remitting this matter back to the first respondent for re-doing the assessment of property tax for petitioner's building as per the basic rate of tax for the plinth area of the building permissible in that locality. This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order dated 22.03.2022 passed by the first respondent.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has sold the properties and deposited the entire tax amount.
