C.M.P.No.11383 of 2024 in C.R.P.No.1640 of 2020 BATTU DEVANAND, J This civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 591 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the petitioner in the above C.R.P 2.Heard and perused the averments made in the accompanying affidavit.

3. Considering the averments made in the accompanying affidavit and being satisfied with the same, this Court inclined to allow this Petition in the interest of justice. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay is condoned.
